Yoga trainer, Violinist, have been actively pursuing the art of learning and practice, since the day she started learning Buddhism in her childhood, her passion for learning has led to music then to yoga. She started her journey in practicing yoga in 2014, over the years she has realized that yoga is more than the practice of asana and has witnessed the power, magic and benefits of a consistent practice both on and off the mat. Sagarika’s .joy and passion for yoga are palpable and infectious. What began as a purely physical practice led Sagarika to discover the many spiritual and mental benefits of a well-rounded yoga practice under the training of Yoga guru Ashok.
Her style of bringing together elements of strength, flexibility and balance along with her soft tone of instructions and motivation encourages students to break through their perceived limitations both on and off the mat. It is through pranayama, asanas and meditation that she taps into the sense of inner calm and self-acceptance that yoga brings, and she encourages her students to do the same.
Sagarika’s vision as a yoga trainer is to give equal time to each student and help them to accomplish whatever he or she is seeking. Her main centric point is to help students discover how yoga allows us to uncover and embrace our true selves, and originate as radiant, healthy, blissful, and loving beings that we are deep down.
